RS Construction and Contracting, along with our rental division, JS Rentals Sales and Service, are locally owned companies which have been based in Hamilton since they were established in 1993, and 1975. Our clients have trusted us to provide exceptional 24 hour service that has built lasting relationships and trust within the industrial sector of Hamilton. While providing our customers with fair prices and cost effective measures to ensure that the project is completed to satisfaction, RSC also recognizes that achieving Health and Safety success requires the commitment, participation and innovation of all of our employees and all others who may be impacted by our business activities.

As a General Contractor, RSC provides a variety of services to the Industrial and Commercial sectors. Our team of skilled employees repair major and minor damages to concrete walkways and foundations, as well as construct new foundations. Other projects include various types of grouting and general maintenance such as machine refueling, grass cutting, snow removal and general cleanup. Awarded projects have included the repair of asphalt roadways, paving of new roadways, forming, as well as all types of office renovation, both interior and exterior.

Our employees are members of local Labour and Carpenter Unions which requires our Health and Safety Committee to keep records of training certificates that are up to date for all workers. RSC expects each employee to continuously take precautions to eliminate or minimize risk wherever a hazard or improvement opportunity is identified. It is our expectation that every employee will take actions to ensure that correct Safety and Health practices are followed at all times, both at and away from the workplace.
